The ‘SSM’ series of pre-engineered mast utilises guyed mast modules to make a slim self – supporting structure. This is a specialist mast used for roof top structures or on sites where the size of the site is and or access to the site is restricted. This mast is designed for light to medium duty applications such as VHF & UHF broadcasting, microwave radio systems and small GSM networks. The forte of this mast is the fact they are made in fully welded modules, which means erection is very quick and easy.

FOUNDATION DESIGN

F.E.C. have a range of standard foundation designs for all SSM’s, for a variety of soil conditions. These include sand, clay, rocky soils as well as rooftop connections.

TOWER DIMENSIONS

The ‘SSM’ is a continuous parallel mast, with a face width varying from 450mm for light antenna loads up to 1200mm for larger antenna loads.
