ANTENNA MOUNTS

Antenna mounts can be supplied for:

•    Microwave antennas
•    GSM mobile antennas
•    Small miscellaneous antennas

We can also design and fabricate custom mounts to suit customer requirements.

ACCESS LADDERS

F.E.C. have a standard range of ladders for both Towers, Poles & Guyed masts. These ladders can be mounted internally or externally depending on the

client requirements. We also stock cages for ladders as well as a range of saf-t-climb devices.

EARTHING

An earthing system can be designed and installed by F.E.C. to client requirements to protect all desired equipment and associated facilities. F.E.C. recommends that a appropriate earthing system be installed, systems and service options available include:

•    Geotechnical assessment and soil resistively testing
•    Design of appropriate earthing systems to specified requirements
•    Lightning and surge protection systems
•    Ongoing inspection, testing and maintenance of the installed system

SURFACE PROTECTION

All steel products are hot dipped galvanised in accordance with international standards. F.E.C. can also supply

structures painted to ICAO regulations for aircraft or simply for aesthetics

AIRCRAFT WARNING LIGHTS

Where required, F.E.C. structures can be fitted with approved aircraft warning lights to comply with all relevant airport control authority requirements. These include:

•    Single & Twin lights
•    Beacon Lights
•    Strobe Lights
•    Photo Cells
•    Power Cables

SAFETY CLIMB DEVICES

With new OH & S standards riggers now have to be attached at all times. F.E.C. stock a full range of fall arrest systems. The safety device incorporates a steel cable which is installed on the climbing ladder, or on the climbing face of the tower. A harness with sliding sleeve allows riggers to ascend the tower while constantly attached to the cable.

CABLES & CABLE BRACKETS

F.E.C. can arrange the ordering, delivery and installations of cables and antennas. F.E.C. stock a full range of cable brackets for all types of cables. These include V – brackets and standard unistrut cable ladder.

FENCING AND ANTICLIMB DEVICES

Fencing and anticlimb devices can be designed and installed by F.E.C. to meet client security and screening requirements.

NUTS & BOLTS

F.E.C. have a large range of nuts & bolts in a variety of sizes, these include the following:

•    Grade 4.6 M10 & M12 bolts from 20mm to 180mm
•    Grade 8.8 M16, M20 & M24 bolts from 40mm to 200mm
•    ‘U’ Bolts suitable for tube diameters 21mm to 324mm
•    ‘RSA’ Bolts suitable for angles 45 x 45 to 200 x 200
•    Holding Down Bolts
•    Spring & Flat Washers
•    Turnbuckles & Fangrips
•    Shackles & Thimbles

All bolts and nuts are spun galvanised and are metric thread.
